In a nutshell, I tend to think it is practically impossible after 3 positive results that this is not a special drug. I tend to think you could still hold some scepticism after two positive trials but the balance of probability in terms of success and safety significantly swings in favour of 2591 and as such, increases its value. The sheer weight of positive outcomes becomes impossible to ignore.

If it is a treatment that cannot be dismissed or overlooked - it will be taken very seriously by a range of BP's that are in search of long-term cash flows.

If the Angleman's results are as positive as PMS results, and if PH is as positive as PMS, then I think the penny will drop with BP and PE that this is truly something special, that achieves outstanding results across a range of conditions (read symptoms), irrespective of the trial composition, and the condition itself to a degree - which is truly remarkable.

Put yourself in the shoes of BP. If I was CEO of a BP and saw 3 positive trials in different conditions, I might begin to change the way I think about this drug and its possibilities. Rather than treat conditions, you could view the drug on the basis of symptoms. For example, you may look at every condition with seizures and conduct preliminary evaluation of whether 2591 can be used as a treatment, as opposed to just targeting Epilepsy. Same goes for cognition, motor function, memory, social behaviours etc etc. The potential value then increases exponentially, which is why I think its so important.

I do agree with your sentiment although think it's more linear in nature

PMS was very significant and a game changer imo, I thought PMS demonstrated that we're not a one trick pony and think every subsequent P2 result just reinforces that.

can't wait for this year to play out, fingers crossed we continue amount the same trajectory!
