The Ruskies have promised to build Mali a gold refinery.
The Mali government will probably give Morila to the Ruskies, for a cut of the gold to be processed locally in their own new gold refinery in Bamako.
Ganfeng and Leo should learn from this. Maybe they should promise to build Mali a lithium refinery, and that might then bring the Malian government around quite quickly to support Goulamina. Throw the government some extra incentives.
