ASX's policy to remove from the official list; an entity whose securities have been suspended from quotation for a period of 2 years.

ASX guidance notes include - Ongoing continuous disclosure obligations
An entity that is removed from the official list of ASX should note that it is likely to become an "unlisted disclosing entity" subject to the continuous disclosure obligations in section 675 of the Corporations Act. These are substantively the same as those imposed under section 674 of the Corporations Act and Listing Rule 3.1.

Hi Fooca. Would up you or anyone happen to know what happens when shares are held by an online broker such as Interactive Investor. If FFX and for that matter LLL are delisted, do we simply loose our shares, or does the Broker get the moment back for us? I don't have a Computershare account so far as I'm aware.
