Shareholder Class Action

Class Action you must be joking how do you know they have stuffed up Viraleze it is available to buy in dozens of countries they have just announced release in Italy they have partnered with McKesson a world leader in pharmacies and wholesale supply whose head office is in Texas but they operate all over the world. Ok two jurisdictions ie UK and Australia's regulators are making things difficult, you can blame Starpharma totally for this if you must however there are some covid vaccine politics being played here for sure. To think you have grounds for a class action is so far from reality it's not worth even talking about, thumbs down from me.

IMO regrettably SPL and its appalling lack of meaningful communication with its shareholders and the market in general is too insignificant for a seriously underfunded and undermanned (underpersonned?) ASIC to bother with. I think the only hope in the short term lies with the instos and their vote on the remuneration report at the upcoming AGM.

However the sp seems to be heading into interesting territory as real fatigue sets in. Would be interested to hear from our recently quiet chartists.
