Yes. Some progress has been made but kenny cannot stipulate at this point in time. I think that it will be good timing if they can get something out in the next month. The share market has recovered slightly and I think that positive news may fuel akk's recovery as a result. If we get control of park city again then this should prompt some rally.
One more rumour I heard...once this happens we may be bought out-the number I heard was 48 cents per share! This court case is a must win for akk and shareholders. Then again wasn't 33 cents a gift?
He should be in jail for that comment. We've gone from 44 cents to 3 cents. I'm glad they're not being paid because as far as we are all concerned they have provided zilch for shareholders. Actually I lie they have provided shareholders with grief and poor news for the past year.
