Seems feasible,Smokey.It looks like a re-run of the situation with C.F.U.Great tech, factory working, but the company run into the ground and the assets picked up for a song. And last time I checked the factory's still producing the goods.In my opinion,the shareholders were shafted.I suggested a long time ago that we try[the operative word] and get 5% of shareholders required to requisition an extraordinary GM and ask pointed questions but that'd now be almost if not impossible.
As long as the regulatory authorities sit on their hands and do nothing[though in their favour they are under resourced and funded]these 'heists' as I think they are-will continue.
