Have been following this small petroleum story NEO. they are based in california and have been delayed in their drilling program becasue of bad weather in the past month. All that is behind them now and JACK HAMMER 1 - 5 will be drilled and tested in this month.Also other areas in Queensland. I Regard this as highly speculative but with announcements to come out this month it looks ok for a punt. today should see it break 5c. Alot of the oil stocks in our mkt are going through a reweighting by anaylsts as OPEC have abolished the 22- 28 dollar price band with a $40 floor. This stock not a safe play but with high risk there is a chance of high reward...

gets a bit of daytrader interest if nothing else....
