if u look at all of the rare earths stocks they all have big short positions it’s been like this for months as I said these large positions were made months ago as the price of rare earths tumbled - The share prices have since declined by some 40 percent so I the bankers must be sitting on massive paper profits 100 m x .20 cents a share $20 m.
if they buyback the price will no doubt rise eroding paper profits best to do nothing and keep a lid on things a collect Xmas bonus.
