From my understanding, the funders, are not concerned but undergoing DD, in fact they we’re pretty keen from all reports. Hence the visit to site etc. last month.
Further, it’s not a guaranteed raise.
The shorts and the instos (buying previous allotted shares on capital raise) maybe one and the same though. Again, speculation here.
Look at yesterday…
Total of 6.1M shares sold and 2.3M short sold. That’s 37% of total sales for the day were short sold… representing market manipulation in full swing.
