Yes they received another free hit on panicked Israel issues sellers and drove it down to maximum effect and will now try to keep it there as long as possible whilst accumulating more which is becoming more difficult for them.
The largest free hit remains management delays - all will happen but in the meantime...... we wait some more - I expect a clear sign of announcement imminent when shorts pull back somewhat and SP bumps up prior to release - whenever that may be.
