Hi Birch. I presume the instos shorting ARU anticipate a significant CR at the usual discount and would be looking to take advantage of such and buy back the shares then.
Hopefully management have strategies in place to defer any CR for quiet a period and draw down Aus govt debt facility first and perhaps that of International debt facility pending.
Unfortunately we are not privy to details. Is there a 3 year interest waiver period - when is drawdown available - subject to what terms - devil always in the details and fortunate to those in the know.
