Hey @Spiros81 make sure you quote him (MS) correctly bro, page 7 paragraph 2 of the Annual Report today "with the goal of finalising remaining binding offtake agreements during the 2023 calendar year." They are working harder than you realise..... just saying.
On another note the AGM paperwork confirmed that HP/GR did not nominate a candidate for BOD this year, as I said in a post a few days ago, it was highly unlikely, but highly likely that Aug 2024 will see a candidate put up, probably just saved us 90 or so grand in Director fees for this coming year with Zhang resigning in May 2023 and no replacement. Its management that have got to get these final binding Offtakes completed (but BOD should oversee the terms, etc).All IMVHO, DYOR (cause I have), GLTA(patient)LTH "Build it they will come for more" LTH over 1.0mil but less than5.0 mil shares.
