Patrick, if you're following HotC, you could easily napalm this short crew if the forthcoming debt component is announced days/weeks before the CapRaise component.
If it was announced to the market that $60m in debt has been secured then ADN's s/price would go to 4 cents and absolutely torch the shorters who would be forced to buy back - sending the price to 5 cents.
Then do a CR at 4 cents. 2 birds, one stone
