If my cave was that big I think you guys would probably never hear from me again lols

Personally I would cut the losses and move on.
It could be likely you do exit right at lows and companies do turn around after but you shouldn't be disheartened, its well worth clearing the burden off the table mentally and financially starting fresh plated with a fresh mindset. I think we all need to broken down with some ridiculous setbacks so we can reconstruct ourselves as an improved version. Sometimes losses is what unlocks beast within us.

Take a break, do a lot of reading, understand your risk appetite, timeframe, strengths and figure out your strategy. Find someone on this thread or youtube or twitter or author or blogger or famous renowned trader even who has a similar strategy, risk, timeframe to what you think fits your lifestyle and watch how they win and learn watching them.
