POH is a bio technology company whose lead product, TPM patches, delivers drugs as an alternative to injections. They also have an animal reseacrh section for deliving drugs into biofeed.  

It is at the verge of a breakout beyond .022, most likely due in anticipaion of the Mylan arbitartion case that was completed in November, and results to be delivered week commencing June 4th.

If successful, the company is likely to receive a considerable compensation amount, of which shareholders will receive part through a distribution arrangement. There is no guarantee that the results will be sucessful, although there are indications when reading between the lines of a positive outcome.



The recent gains are reflecting this and if .022 is breached, next resistance is at .03, which should see this tip across the line.

MACD turned up and RSI at 77. A recent golden cross can be added to the informal indicators. Volume increased significantly.
