I can sit watching the trades (and do) so it's easy enough to see some group is endlessly reloading the sell side but that's only because the buy side steadily buys up everything on offer. However, the sell side is careful to make sure the reload outweighs the buying volume and then periodically tries to sell the SP down a pip or two with strategic dumps. Been going on all trading day/week/months.
