You know what gets to me the most is that the more people criticise Julia (who I really quite disliked at election time), her relationship, her clothes and all assoociated paraphernalia,(sp? - would check, but heading out now) the more I want to stick up for her.
It's the Aussie way - support the underdog, so the more battering she's given, the more popular she will become with the masses.
So continue to attack at your own peril - I believe it will backfire in the long run. Just my opinion as a lay person on the street with no political party interest.
She's an extremely intelliigent woman and I have no objection to her being in a de facto relationship.
I do object to the politics forum being about anything BUT politics! I used ot have it on ignore, but can't do that any mroe, so have to look at all these posts being awarded top stars, when it's primarily a stock forum.
