If you goal is to keep some you’ll have to work out how many you’ll have to sell to cover the exercise price of those you wish to keep say 100000 would cost you 10k you have to sell 400000 at 0.025 to cover or better yet sell 400000 options at 0.0275 to exercise your 100000 and get your initial 1000 investment back so you’ll free carry
Correction to all of the above. I was distracted and my maths was out big time, sorry buddy.
Exercise on 100000 would only cost you 5k so you could sell 400000 at 0.015 and you would exercise 100000 options and you’d get your 1k back as well.
That’s better and sorry for the crappy maths
