Mostly because of this stock's well-known price volatility. It tends to spike so hard in either direction (we're currently sitting the low or close to it). So when news flow eventually drops, and technicals seems to have improved, ST traders will jump in for a flip with their five figure trading parcels, even though they hate/mistrust the company and probably don't even understand what it does.
