LG Chem submitted the basic documents for its battery trade secrecy infringement litigation in the U.S. against SK Innovation to the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (“MOTIE”), which have been rejected.

According to the industry on the 21st, LG Chem submitted the basic documents of litigation to MOTIE last week. The lawsuit will be filed to the US District Court in Delaware and the International Trade Commission (ITC).
