on the final Page p52 it says interim decision to be published in Feb 2024 so I can only assume that should happen - we have 3 days left to the end of February. The request is for exemption like condoms from Sched 3 so ITC sales items do not have to have all the restrictions and conditions listed like Fleurstat. Beyond that if approved there will need to be Marketing approval and Viraleze would then be listed in ATGR https://www.tga.gov.au/resources/artg

how long that takes is another question and whether it can start before the final Sched 3 decision or if it’s concurrent
