    i cant remember the exact numbers off the top of my head but,
    MIN sold 50-60% of wodgina for $1.6 billion.
    kept the rights to complete contract mining and crushing for the JV.
    50/50 (or maybe 40 min/50abermale) JV on the processing side of the plant at wodgina.
    Plus they got a 50%(?) stake on the Kemerton lithium hydroxide processing plant in bunbury.
