Announcement out to explain the recent sp plunge. Seems like they are having trouble with the Chinese operations and now they are heading for the courts and are looking to replace the CEO and COO. The whole thing looks like a mess but hardly surprising. The June newsletter mentioned a likely capital raising in the near future due to a potential funding shortfall. Looks like they are a certainty to need that funding now but whos going to put in new funds at this stage?
