Unfortunately my calculations are so inaccurate that I can't believe I posted that. In more basic terms - though still inaccurate - the total value of the DOE / GLE deal adds $0.68 to the value of SLX, not per annum and hence the pe doesn't apply. Still, if that's even close then convert to $AUD, add the $0.29c / share cash at bank and we're sitting at a valuation of about $1.25. Of course that's without IP value elsewhere, additional SLX enrichment facilities being built, increased U3O8 price etc. etc. etc....
