Yeah - multiple bidders is not the worst position to be in, and one would think that Synlait should be able to come to an agreement with one of them.
The only problem (as @@minimoke mentions above) it's known to all and sundry that the clock is ticking for Synlait to sell and raise the required funds. That undercuts Synlait's negotiating power more than a little I'd say.
