range might be on the top of the list because they have the most votes , all 15 of them with 93% recommending a buy, thats only 14 people. I'm sure if we do the same poll here on HC we'll get similar results. And if we did a similar poll one or 2 years ago we would still get similar results. I'll even rate it as a buy....but not yet


As for Smith #1, sure RRS will get some revenue out of it, but considering their cash burn rate, hardly anything to write home about. Puntland has always been harped as their jewel in the crown, and now that there is every real chance that there may not even be any drilling this year because the conditions for AOI are not right yet, where does that leave RRS?

For the trader there is money in it, but for the investor, i'll reserve my call.
