directors with no shares which means no motivation
2 sales to 1 lab in 2021
the danger of the board dodging strike 2 is the inevitable cap raise
at the end of Q3 lbt have about 12 months left of cash.
if they did the cap raise on todays price it would have to be at 10.
vote for strike 2 IMO.
