The Directors implemented the Corporate Governance Statement, The Directors then ignored it,
Good Governance requires Good Directors, adhering to the rules they themselves set out.
What other rules do they not adhere to.
Why do they refuse to to support the Company in this way
that’s not a question per say as there can only be one answer without the fluff of the insiders
