Hi Petepan
You've obviously got a good grasp of accounting and financial theory. I wish I could say the same for most of the posters on this thread.
I've only come across this company through reading hotcopper, but in the 15 minutes I've been looking over SBB's corporate releases, I've encountered a number of red flags. Even non-financial red flags like:
- It's only subsidiary is a company called "Mega Rich International Creation Ltd" listed in HK (are they serious)
- Their cash flow waterfall in the investor presentation doesn't really work (what listed company would let such a piece of crap be released to the public).
- As stated in the 01-Oct-14 Investor Presentation, SBB intends to spend all the cash on hand with less than half expected to be remaining by Dec 14. I doubt whether any of that cash is held in Australia anyway.
And that's before I've even started doing financial analysis. I'd feel safer taking my money to the casino.
Regards
Gralynchett
