How many mines will you be taking over in the first wave ?

Will they be owner / operator or contractor ?

You are nationalising the lease, not the equipment.

Would you expect to win a Court case over ownership of the equipment if you just locked the gate and didn't allow recovery of owned property ?

A Contractor could either move their gear and crew to a different mine or decide to work for the Government.

Would a Labour Government simply hand over control to the CMFEU to run the mine(s) ? Reckon you'll still make a profit ??

If you now have the mine, how long will it take you to renegotiate contracts for rail to port, ships and customers ?

What might the new (probably higher) rates be ?

Would you try to nationalise any privately owned railways and ports too ?

How will you keep your plans secret ?

convenient for you to just forget the income from owning ALL of the mining profit

if we see Oz being saved by a bit of royalty - how would it look with getting 100% of the profits

but, please, do go on and disregard that minor detail
