Who values the assets that form NTA and do the judgements and accounting policies provide an accurate assessment of valuation? Would a company looking at takeover place the same value?
Check the audit report of the last financials: Valuation of inventory - the valuation of inventories of finished goods and WIP includes inherently subjective judgements about grape harvests, forecast future demand and estimates of forecast market prices...
Check the notes to the financials: Valuation of inventories (note 8), Grape pricing and SGARA (note 8 and note 26)…
Not held anymore, until recently, had held for over 5 years and continue to keep a keen eye on it.
