I think that unless the right 'intentions' are in place - then, I think it's totally irrelevant what political systems we have -

if leaders are there for the intention of looking after themselves and no more - then, it matters not if it's communist or capitalist

ditto if intentions are good and solid - to make a good society for everyone etc. -

in that case - it also doesn't matter what political system - because if the intentions are good - then the mechanisms will also be good - like not murdering millions to reach an aim etc.
