in Monday's announcement it says next shipment due to depart flex tomorrow 3rd Feb so I guess the wait will continue for a while longer...
or have you had confirmation from the installer that your batteries were on the previous shipment (about a month ago?) or that they are already in Australia?
either way, the installer should be keeping you updated this isn't ideal customer service
