If NIC stops these never-ending dilutions through Capital Raisings---
Then I will be a happy investor
Far to much capital is going to large investors at constant discounts to the market and it is a massive drain in small investor stock value.
I am at the point that I will have to dump this stock even though growth looks good .
The board of NIC shows absolute disregard for the smaller players
