30 cents U.S puts SOLG in play, it also provides a floor if the mkt craps itself.. And seriously S.C is going to accept unless there is a superior offer.... yada yada yada.

so we end up getting 46 cents U.S or whatever for SOLG say, 10 cents NTA to DGR. Looks like a great investment to those uninitiated with DGR shenanigans with DGR at 1.3 cents -does it not? An 8 bagger before the years out providing no financial world calamity before the bid. Well, not exactly- those of us who have been here a while suspect we could face a significant discount to NTA say instead of 50 %, we might now be looking at 70% post AJQ debacle.

Now this might not be the wisest or even a feasible option but if N.M publicly stated that he would return 30% of SOLG proceeds to DGR holders from DGR sale he might just catch a bid again. He may also repair his reputation provided he follows through, maybe even to the point where institutions will provide the guy money instead of having to go down the route of expensive capital notes and borderline loan sharks.

For the minute we have to trust N.M. 4 F.S.

For the record think there is surely a bag in DGR. But my eyes are open to the seemingly endless ways in which value can be robbed from me.
