The CR also means that Pfizer (if indeed it is they) will have to pay more to come and play as ANP now can negotiate from a position of strength from the perspective of the balance sheet.
A point worth noting - Pfizer has the fifth biggest cash pile on its balance sheet of all quoted companies worldwide so paying more wouldn't make much difference to Pfizer but it would make a huge difference to us in ANP land.
All imo as Pfizer may not be the potential partner currently doing dd.
