    I saw this also, the place has a Pearth office. It seems that they are used in and provide various sorts of funding at rates which are superior to debt markets. They offer convertible loans etc.

    I believe these guys were brought in to fund the Care and maintenance. But under what terms.

    RCF would be the ones that know where this is at.

    @Megagem can you please look into this? They have senior leadership in Pearth for the world wide org.
