What I meant was I haven't miscalculated their COP, but you are correct I didn't think PoN would drop to this low for such a long time, and I still think they could have place the mine in C&M without first placing it in VA, if they accepted that one creditor/substantial share holder additional funds, they only need around $10M USD for these 2 years.
