True, but in this instance technically the ordinary share holders are also the majority share holders and are also the major secure creditors so no way they are kept in the dark (they are the ones driving the vehicle).......as long as the mine is viable at PoN of $5US/lb it's good for us, unless they sell it cheaply to themself (I don't think the major secure creditors are after another DOCA or IPO of shares as this will be seen as conflict of interest).
