It is very true but logically you could not get a conclusion that liquidation is a way to reward the shareholders. Anytime and to any business it is bad and very bad in VA and Liquidation.
Why was dick smith and MBN in liquidation? Why would BHP or Woolworth be in liquidation?
It is shame to talk MBN as though it is too great to be not in the Liquidation! It is wrong and mental challenge to the business common sense. If I owned a shop, were I happy to ask liquidators to put it in a false sale? Go to the hell!
