Well loss $10M USD or $200M+ USD.....or even make a profit after 3 years of them investing 65% of the $455M, you aren't stupid and they clearly aren't.
For the first DOCA they had high production cost in the range of $7-8US/lb and the bidders indicated that they didn't expect them to be cash flow positive for a while and that was when PoN was around $8US/lb, they had an outstanding interest payment of $35M USD from the $455M USD debt and another one due so $70M USD in total for just the interest payment for the 2 years so these creditors did the DOCA.
Now their operating cost is low and the only outstanding interest payment is for the Banco loan which is $3M USD.....totally different situation don't you think? Haven't we talked about this previously?
