The creditors "need nickel at least at 6..." and the little shareholders need np at 6 much sooner than 2 years.

2 years are a long time. Who could tell us what would will happen before the last day of these two years? How many of us bought their MBN as investors for two year? Who would enjoy to lock themselves out of the the business for two years and have huge risks to foreclose their mines?

If you are a trader do you really believe an business in RA/VA are good trading target when you have no way to trade. You just trapped your money here.

By the way the first DOCA looked good to creditors but terrible to the little shareholders who could not join the DOCA. Would the second DOCA be needed? Yes but the creditors just have not interests in it so far. If the mines could get good enough market price, another DOCA would be possible.

All we know the creditors are big of both in share and debt. They could get rid of 98% of share value and get big enough shareholding in swap as you know. In the RA/VA, little shareholders sooner or later would be in the slaughter table.

Most of little shareholders are traders and want to get 10 baggers through their gambling. The law don't look after the gambler very much!
