The Caterpillar loan was paid off completely after the DOCA (from memory there was only $5M USD remaining from that loan). The only secure debt is the $47M USD existing Banco and the $115M USD SCSN including the premium interest of around $45M USD for that SCSN, 6 out of the 7 Ad-hoc Groups who did the 65% of the DOCA are the SCSN and they are still substantial share holder, hence total liability is around $200-220M USD as indicated in the VA reports.
