    Really? No law says so but in a open market if the liquidators follow the legal proceeds in the open market to sell the mine, those who pay the biggest price would win. If these big shareholders(only) don't bid to win the sale, it means they want it.

    If the rumors that the sale deal would be finalized in this coming December, it means the sale is a deal which made at least 6 months ago. By that time, np was dire and all in the market hoped the big nickel producers to stop or at least cut down the nickel production.

    In that dire environment, it was quite possible these big shareholders didn't bid at all. Would they regret for their absence in the bidding? Quite possible but a sure deal is the conviction for their pathetic failure in MBN! It is also put the last nail for MBN and its little shareholders' money!

    Don't use future guessing or prediction for a sure deal. It never works! Of course if you want to say some best hope for your lost money it is your interest and right. God blesses you!
