Day by day I am getting now to a point that this matter will no be sorted out in courts. After examining number of reports and reading comments I believe ISX is in better position than ASX to win the case and it’s reputation.

I understand that ASX has deep pockets and will fight to prove there position but in the court of law regulator have to prove that there actions were unbiased and they treat all other companies same. This will be impossible to defend considering how they have treated ISX.

This case has much wider ramifications than we all could
imagine.

Out of court settlement if it happens is still the best option but as day pass it is becoming impossible...
