    We knew many weeks ago that ASX consulted ASIC before suspension. We also knew ASIC was making enquiries. Nothing new in that information whatsoever.

    "Legal reasons it can't release nature of enquiry" - not sh!t - ISX have now proceeded to sue ASX so everything is locked down. Are you serious Christopher 420?
