Novaphos Inc. has no US patents or trademarks and there is no patent or trademark entry in IP Australia.

What is the point you are trying to elude to for posters so they think Novaphos has a patent or trademark.

...and Gouldians has already called your bluff on the last claim and link. Least of all possibly called out Tim Cottons bluff as well and highly possible Novaphos as a real live 21st century myth, like the Minotaur.

And as for the first post it was old and progress update is seriously overdue if worth it at all.
