I think a 249D is well overdue and I would certainly add my voting power to the count. What we really need is a herd response.
Perhaps a new thread is warranted so we can discuss this move in detail and gauge investor sentiment?
Does anyone have experience in organising a 249D? I don't know how to go about it so I'd be relying on more astute investors. I suspect many others on this forum would also be unsure of what's involved.
There needs to be investor support, appetite and knowhow to remove this shameful management. What do others think?
