This was the comment from my broker when I asked the question about the return of money if there was a shortfall.
"The second supplementary prospectus deals exactly with the issue of what happens re a minimum raise
What they have done is include a shortfall component(this means they can place any shortfall on the same price terms) in the minimum raise.
So I would expect that they will work hard and the possibility of money being handed back is low beIt looks like they have removed the return of funds component"
