I think that the person making the move today may be Arrow. One of their partners in the Gladstone project, LNG, is in a TH due to a placement equal to 11% of their issued capital. I think its AOE increasing their stake to around 20%. Won't make too much of a dent in their cash.
Disclosure: I hold LNG and AOE and could be wrong!
